Q: How do I obtain a Texas Sales and Use Permit?

A: You can obtain a Texas Sales and Use Permit, online at http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxinfo/taxforms/
or at the Comptroller of Public Accounts Office: 111 W. 6th St.

Q: When does setup at the market begin? When is breakdown?

A: Setup at Mother Egan's on Saturday morning generally begins around 8am and vendors need to be set up by 10 am. There is always a space assignment sheet located near the entrance to the deck on a clipboard. Check the sheet to to find your spot and ask Jamie or Michiel or another vendor if you are still unsure where to setup.
The market closes at 6pm and vendors can begin breaking down at that time. We ask that you be off the deck by 7pm and that you help out by moving tables and chairs back into their original positions. Other things, like breaking down the tent at the entrance to the deck and taking down the colored flags, are also a voluntary act. If you see something that has not been done, and you are finished breaking down your setup, we would greatly appreciate your help.

For the Round Rock Artisan's Main Street Stroll, which is on the second Sunday of every month from 11am to 5 pm, setup is from 9am-11am, but if you need more time to setup, come earlier. Vendors needing to leave early or setup late should discuss with the on duty market manager. The market will respect personal obligations, church attendance etc.

Q: Where do I park?

A: Mother Egan's Parking is available on any of the side streets in the area and, being the weekend, parking is free. The only thing that we ask is not to park in front of Mother Egan's, as we reserve those spaces for our customers. This does not apply during morning setup and evening breakdown, as those spots can be used by vendors at those times

For the Round Rock Artisan's Main Street Stroll there is free parking in the parking garage just down the street.

The Artist's Market has been providing a place for local artists to sell their handmade art since September 2003.
